1. The service
PlzKnock researches potential business customers and sends cold outreach for the business shown in the website you submit. We crawl the public site once and draft a business description for you. Outreach starts after you review and save that description.
2. Pricing and the free first batch
Your first batch is free. That includes every interested reply produced by that batch. We will show you the batch size before outreach begins.
If you want outreach to continue, we will ask you to set up billing before the next batch. Ongoing outreach costs $7 USD for each interested reply. There is no subscription fee and we do not charge for silence, rejections, unsubscribes, automated messages, or uncertain replies.
3. What counts as interested
An interested reply shows a concrete willingness to continue, such as asking for a call, demo, pricing, proposal, trial, or more information. Our versioned classifier function contains the complete decision rule.
If you believe a reply was counted incorrectly, email contact@plzknock.com. We will review it, and if it clearly does not qualify, we will refund the charge.
4. Stopping outreach
We pay the cost of data, sending, and initial outreach. We may pause or stop a campaign when it is not performing, creates deliverability problems, presents legal or abuse risk, or is no longer economically reasonable. If we stop before producing a billable reply, you owe nothing.
5. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information about your business and approve only truthful outreach. You must have the right to ask us to promote the business and must not use PlzKnock for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, discriminatory, or abusive offers.
Commercial-email rules vary by recipient and location. We may limit target markets or request additional information before sending. You remain responsible for the legality of the product, offer, claims, and targeting you approve. PlzKnock is responsible for operating its part of the service and handling opt-out requests sent through it.
6. Sending addresses
Connecting your own email address is not automatic yet. If you strongly prefer to send from your own address, contact contact@plzknock.com and we can discuss a manual setup.
7. No sales guarantee
An interested reply is not a sale, contract, or guarantee of revenue. You are responsible for taking over the conversation and deciding whether to do business with the recipient.
8. Availability and changes
The service is early and may change, pause, or contain errors. We may update these terms when the service changes. Material pricing changes will not apply to an already-approved paid batch.
9. Privacy
We may process the website URL and contact information you submit, the business and targeting context created from it, prospect business information, outreach messages and replies, billing records, support messages, and limited technical logs.
We use this information to provide and secure the service, conduct approved outreach, classify replies, handle billing and refunds, respond to support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We may use infrastructure, payment, email, data, and AI providers to perform those tasks. We do not sell personal information for advertising.
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, disputes, security, and legal obligations. To ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object where applicable, email contact@plzknock.com. We may need to verify your identity.
10. Cookies and local storage
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The admin uses a first-party, secure session cookie—plzknock_session—to keep you signed in after email verification. It also stores plzknock_cookie_notice in your browser’s local storage so the cookie notice stays closed after you dismiss it. Signing out removes the session; removing site data clears both.
If we add non-essential analytics or advertising technology later, we will update this notice and request a choice where required.
